Mottled Black Square Tumbler (Yunomi)
Tan stoneware tumbler (yunomi). Wheel-thrown and altered to the square shape. Decorated with an iron-rich slip. Wood fired. Marks are created by stacking work closely to each other, what you see is a record of the flame’s path through the kiln.
