Rich Brown mug, made from my reclaimed clay, coated in a lighter colored flashing slip. Lined with a celadon style liner glaze. Soda fired. This piece was placed in a part of the kiln that gets an extreme amount of soda ash deposited. There is no glaze on the exterior of this piece — that surface is created in collaboration with the kiln and the soda.
